sufficient rooms and toilet/bathrooms for my group of 10 availability of washer, dryer, kitchen facilities, bbq grille. nice view of the lake and mountains from the balcony

difficult parking. need to drive up a steep narrow slope. parking was also very limited. need to walk up a steep slope from roadside to reach the house, so can be rather challenging if you have a lot of luggages or you have very young children. one of the bedrooms was badly maintained. The false ceiling looked like it was about to fall off and there were cobwebs in the room. wardrobe/storage space for this bedroom (for 4pax) was also very limited with a small 2-door cabinet.

Good location, close to town, absolutely spectacular views, nice and spacious clean and tidy, enjoyed netflix, good host, heat pumps throughout the house was great kept us nice and warm, loved the stunning views from the lounge, kitchen and the bedrooms
