Sunny Lakeside Haven

We stayed on the entire ground floor of the house, which was beautifully decorated. The room was warm and cozy, and the living area made it feel just like home. Located in Kelvin Heights, the area is peaceful with fewer tourists, allowing us to enjoy panoramic views of Queenstown in tranquility. It’s just a short walk to Lake Wakatipu. Close to airport and only about 10 minutes by car to the town center — or take the ferry. Very convenient for those traveling by car.

Friendly host and enough space for my big family

Owner lives in the upstairs apartment. It was hard to sleep at night because of the footstep sounds. You can literally hear every movement upstairs

Great little apartment in a beautiful location on the lake with access to trails and ferry's. Only 15 minutes drive to Queenstown center and a great spot if you want to play Queenstown Golf Course.

Position

The property was like staying in a scrapyard. Builders materials, parts of a ski chair and old caravan were in the garden. Kitchen facilities virtually non-existant

We had everything we needed and great location.

Location on peninsula lovely. Host helpful and friendly. Accommodation spacious. Fridge drinks and snack bar a lovely touch as a fund raiser for daughters skiing.

A bit of noise from host family home upstairs and a few problems with shower door leaking and dining chair collapsing😂. However on the whole a good experience.
