Location great away from tourist area. Good size facilities and self contained. Great to catch up on washing.

Very spacious, warm and comfortable . Welcoming host and had everything needed for our stay. Beds very comfortable and separate lounge/ kitchen area from bedrooms perfect for our family. Highly recommend.

The host is helpful when I told him that we arrived earlier than plan.

Property was close to the ski field and shops, and short drive to get into Queenstown CBD. Has a nice layout, heating in winter and lots of potential but we did have a few issues

The owners live above the rental with young kids and you can hear everything. And were woken up early every morning we were there. The kitchen appliances were used and dirty when we arrived and appliances were well used and a little tired. We had 2 grown kids with us and their room was quite dark and cold, no windows and no where to store clothes. It’s has the potential to be a really nice upmarket place if they could just fix a few things.

It was a great space for families, we had 4 adults and a 2 year old, plenty of room. We were also able to wash and dry our clothing after a day in the snow. Excellent.

We could hear footsteps from upstairs and at times was quite loud.
