Location good.

Bunk bed difficult to get in for older people and top bunk high for children.Also no window in bunk room.

Very nice clean and quite area.

Perfect location, comfortable and stylish accomodation, friendly hosts and excellent facilities.

Kitchen facilities - I booked so long ago I can’t remember what it said but I would have preferred an over and stop top.

The location to the golf course and the ferry ride over to Queenstown was fabulous, no road noise was also great. The property dining lounge area was spacious enough for 2 couples.

Filthy outside and junk left right outside the sliding bedroom door and lounge door. One bedroom has no windows. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, the sofa bed is broken. Bathroom heater didn’t work, shower leaked water all over the floor, no fan in bathroom and window opened onto their driveway. No milk, tea, coffee provided yet there were containers with a scrap in the bottom. Sticking out of the driveway are metal rods small enough not to notice but a serious hazard to feet and vehicle.

Extremely well maintained with all the conveniences for a traveling couple including washing and drying machines. Very friendly hosts
