Excellent location with good walks for our dog right from the door

We loved the rural setting and the close proximity to town where we could find everything we needed. Additionally, it was close to Falkirk where we able to take the train to Stirling. Edinburgh, and Glascow. It was great for walking.

Nothing worth mentioning.

Lovely setting, very welcoming

Had a lovely 5 day stay, nice quiet cottage with easy access to: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Loch Lomond etc. and surrounding areas. Great hosts who answered queries promptly and gave some good recommendations for local places to visit.

Loved the view, especially when I woke up in the morning. Very peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was spacious and had everything you would need for such a stay. The hot tub was amazing, and I had a really good time relaxing in there.

The apartment can be a little cold due to the electric heating, but a cosy PJs will sort that. It would be good if maybe there was some direction to how to switch a hot water on as I couldn't use it for the dishes.

It was nice for a grown up getaway to arrive to the keys in the door and the lights and fire on ready. It was a lovely arrival after a long drive and we appreciated the no fuss check in. The cottage was perfect, the hot tub a lovely bonus and the extras, tea lights, fire wood etc a lovely touch. A fab area to explore walking trails, 40mins from Edinburgh on the train and of course a prime place to spot UFOs

Couldn’t work the tv in the bed room. We of course could have could contacted the owners but in the end didn’t feel the need to use the tv. This in no way impacted the stay. Everything was perfect.

I love thr location and the cottage with its conservatory is lovely
