Beautiful Location One Bedroom Residential Home

Everything was good the lady was very nice when we spoke going again soon

- Good location. - Parking on driveway. - Comfortable living room. - Kitchen with facilities. - Heating is good. - Access instructions simple to follow However, let down by some basic maintenance. This could have been a 10 star rating with just a few changes.

- Mattress needs replacing - springs broken. - Shower thermostat stuck (unbearably hot - we measured 56 degrees C). - Drafty bedroom window (seals failed). - No blinds/curtains on kitchen or landing windows. - Collecting clutter and crumbs in drawers and cabinets. - No toilet roll, toiletries or bin bags provided as advertised. - Dustbin full - Old food left on fridge and freezer on arrival - Poor communication from host. - No welcome pack or information provided (such as how to adjust the heating, or which day to put the bins out - Wednesday fyi). What's most disappointing is that many of these issues have previously been reported in earlier reviews and no action seems to have been taken. I wouldn't recommend this as a place to stay until these things are resolved.

House is ideal, alot more spacious than a hotel and near half the price! Ive stayed multiple times and will sure return in future.

Could do with some blinds for privacy in kitchen and upstairs landing, other than that i cant fault it.

Lovely and clean property. Great, quiet location. Host was easy to contact and extremely helpful in case of any issues

Lounge, decor and location as near to wedding venue we were attending , issue with heating when we arrived but was sorted straight away by owner

As a holiday rental home owner I would strongly suggest Sadie listens to the feedback from her guests, a new mattress, window shades and new crockery including a better selection of glasses is needed asap to stop some of the negative feedback, The oven is just not clean and bins overflowing. You want your guests to return and recommend your home. Think what would you expect when you stay away. It’s a lovely little house but with some basic additions and better quality items you will achieve this on a minimal budget

Small place but ideal , plus dog friendly, clean and tidy, fenced off garden and private drive, big housing est but quiet. Wasn't really bothered about local area as visiting family. For people that are not familiar with area, close to shopping centre , pubs and restaurants. Bus route close by

Just a few little things but they wouldn't put me off going again plus I've stayed in a lot worse places . No toilet roll of kitchen roll , plus no bags in bin, I know dogs is self catering but always been supplied double bed was comfortable apart from needs mattress pr bas replacing as sags , shower was too hot turned it down then it was freezing ,,temp thing brocken managed to get it back up but still freezing . Heating was off when we got to the house was freezing especially this time year and when did warm up draughty and living room radiator didn't work

Everything but the location, it was dirty smelly run down with too many problems to list. The towels were bleach stained no blinds at the windows and the oven was stomach churning especially when on so we ate out and not through choice.
