Excellent location for accessing both the Eastern coastal towns and all areas of the NY Moors, plus a good range of local shops, garage and choice of pubs. Very dog friendly with secure garden.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Lovely, cosy bungalow attached to owners' property but with separate and private entrance. Ample off road parking. Great position to explore North Yorkshire and the Cleveland Way. Great Ayton centre is approx 7-10 minutes easy walk away and has pubs, a craft beer bar, some great little shops for local produce (try the pies!) and has a train station and good bus service to other places such as Whitby and Stokesley. Property offers very good value for money.😊

Nothing didn't like but could get rid of old shed and put in hot tub and charge more

"Lovely stay once again."

The bungalow is spacious and very comfortable with all amenities one would need for a short break or longer It is situated in a quiet lane just a few minutes walk to the village where there is an array of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Dogs are welcome. The friendly owners of the bungalow live just next door and are available to address any issues if any arise. We have stayed here 5 times now and will definitely return

We have visited 5 times now, finding it really nice and comfortable; however the bungalow may benefit from a bit of freshening up here and there as no doubt, holiday makers return and items are used and used - a compliment to the owners.

"The property gave us everything we needed and was convenient for beautiful country walks and we saw a fawn from only 10"

It was very spacious and quiet but only a short walk into town. The hosts were available for any queries and were very nice.
