"Great time in Great Ayton"

Lovely clean property with all the facilities you could want. Close enough to the village with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Highly recommended and we will certainly return.

Personally, I am always a little uncomfortable having to walk through someone else's space to enter a property. William and Vicki were exceptionally friendly, chatty and helpful but going through their garden every time you enter and exit the property wasn't ideal for me.

Lovely area, walking distance to village, great location for visiting the Moors and the Coast, Clean comfortable bungalow with all the amenities, my husband was delighted to find it had Sky sports & Netflix , welcome pack of goodies were very appreciated

Being on one level and so homely.

The seating was very low difficult to get up when you are older with bad knee’s.
