Opera House Beside the Lake

The location was great and the house comfortable and warm. Showers were nice and hot and the house was well appointed. Despite being in a very busy tourist precinct it felt secluded and quiet.

The hot plate worked one night, not the next then worked again in the morning. The smoke alarm beeped on and off. Curtain tracks in main lounge area need fixing.

The house was warm when we arrived. Just a great gesture. Everything was great. The location is superb. We wish we could stay longer so we could enjoy our stay. Thank you

Just a lil thing to mention, the coffee table in the living room is wobbly. It's a glass type table. So I think the owner should take a look and consider change it.

The view

The water system needs improvement

The location is superb! And the view from upstairs is remarkable! We can go to the deck and see the stars at night. We also enjoyed the fireplace upstairs. The owner is very nice and come to drop the lighter for using the fireplace.

The facility is old especially the rooms downstairs, it's ok upstairs. It feels like sleeping in a garage downstairs and not cozy, need an upgrade. Bed is uncomfortable and not enough duvet so Super cold at night. Our entire group of people all felt very cold in bed with thin duvet cover. And there is no towel provided for the room downstairs which is unusual for an accommodation listed in booking.com. I don't expect bring my own towel for a hotel with this price.

Excellent view and comfort

The location was superb! The lake was just across the road, easily viewable from the main living area. Walking distance to the shops was very convenient.

Comfortable outdoor furniture would be great!
