The cottage is tucked away in a quiet spot. Right next to a car park with a reasonable tariff. You would never know you’re in Mablethorpe away from the throng of activity further along the coastline. To say the place is well equipped is an understatement. A real hole from home. Beds are comfortable and living areas are a good size. We loved the patio area as we were blessed with good weather. We could sit outside, watch the world go by and listen to the geese on the pond very much have their say! Host provided excellent communication throughout and even thanked us afterwards for leaving the cottage so tidy when we left. We lost my dad in December so I brought my mum here for the night as she wanted to be by the sea. She absolutely loved the place and it really was the perfect accommodation to make her feel comfortable. Thanks for making her first trip away without dad a happy and memorable experience.

One slight problem that the heating wouldn’t turn off even with the thermostat turned to zero. I could have contacted the housekeeper, but I really didn’t want to bother her on a Sunday evening.

Nice by the lake but noisy geese lol

Would have been nice to have some milk/ sachets for tea and bottle of water . Found the stairs so narrow . I know it’s a cottage and not really the right place for us .used to more modern bathrooms ect.

Location great for the beach and also backs onto Lake.Accomadation cosy homely and love the log fire.lots of nice touches games,local info,etc, and very clean.This was our 4th stay says it all.

Location is excellent near the beach and back garden opens onto Queens Park and the lake. Cosy cottage with every amenity you could want. Walking distance from town centre. Quiet location. Easy parking.

Great location,short walk to beach and town centre....Extremely comfortable beds, excellent very cosy lounge area,Great kitchen with everything in it you could want..The Cleaning was of very high standard,lovely dining area looking on to the lake...And a Brilliant enclosed garden,for dogs or children....Throughly an ideal cottage we enjoyed our stay.....And will definitely return.....Also we met Vanda the Housekeeper she is a really lovely lady ,and her customer service is second to none,thank you for looking after us so well 😀
