The villa is in a strategic location. It is very convenient to use a motorcycle to go to the nearest 711, Sulin Beach and Bangtao Beach.

The hot water supply of the villa needs to be improved. The waiting time for hot water is relatively long, and there will be no hot water in the early morning. In addition, the villa is quiet most of the time. Except in the morning, the sound of the Muay Thai hall next door and the construction site will make people unable to sleep in.

The property was old but spacious and clean.All facilities were available.The host was very nice and helpful.Its 15 min walking distance to Surin beach.Little inside from the main road.Swimming pool also available.The property is the same as shown in pics.Overall good stay and perfect for family.

The quietness when the builders finished work for the day at the front and the main Thai gym closed on a night. The owner was a pleasant man.

The noise all day from the building site opposite and the Mui Thai gym at the back the area is dreadful smells of overloaded sewerage drains.

Awesome quiet spot close to the main town with easy access to the beach as well. The owner was so nice and if we had any problems, he came to fix them instantly. Super nice pool and patio area to chill and hang out with all your mates

When the tiles got wet they became super slippery which was an issue because we were swimming all the time. A few tiles were cracked which when paired with the slipperyness because a hazard for your feet. Not all electricity and air conditioning worked 100% of the time but it was an easy fix but still a little issue.

house was comfortable with plenty of space. Very comfortable bed.

The Grab car drivers had difficulty finding the place. Another wine glass and more cutlery would have been good.
