The property was clean and quiet. Really good size and perfect for families with a living space to relax once the babies had gone to bed. It was in a great location, close to shops, and restaurants as well as easy walking distance to the beach Ton was a BRILLAINT host, helping us with any questions, arranging taxis for us and boat tickets. Thank you Ton.

Friendly host, a very big house suitable for families (two bedrooms and each has a bathroom), the pool is small but very nice.

The location is near the Thai Box training centre and it was a bit noisy in the mornings. Also, the mattresses were unusually firm.

The property was spacious, clean, comfortable for a family of four with two bathrooms. The location was nice and tucked away but still very close to the beach on foot. There is a Muay Tai school behind which trains from about 7am but that did not bother us at all. In fact there is a café for breakfast near the sport facility which was convenient. Most importantly the host Toni is incredibly reliable, friendly, and helpful. Awesome stay!

Excellent accommodation. Spacious, clean, quiet and handy location to the beach. The staff was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Can't ask for more. Highly recommended.

The only good thing about this place is the shower and the location (apart from being next to the Mai Thai camp). It is walk distance to the beach and the main Surin area. The rest, forget it. Not comfortable at all, the bed is the worse I’ve slept on, there is only 1 really old aircon, which is in the bedroom, which means, the living area gets super hot. Although there is a “living area”, it is not comfortable at all. Not only for the heat, but the “sofa” is not good. There are stains in the ceiling everywhere and when it rains, you can hear the leaking in the roof. Wi-fi sometimes is slow, the kitchen is very basic (it is a Thai style house, very simple). I’ve stay in the 1 x bedroom house, so I am not sure what the 2 x bedroom houses are like. The carer Ton is very sweet and helpful and he does clean the space every 3 x days.

Pretty much everything

Peaceful and quite villas just 7 minutes from the Surin beach. There is a Thai restaurant nearby, laundry, massage. Swimming pool helps a lot in a hot sunny days. Muay Thai camp is just behind these houses, it interesting to watch their workouts.

It would be better to have a soap at the bathroom. Early workouts from Muay Thai camp can wake up :)
