The Annexe was lovely. Clean. Overall a nice place Strawberries and cream were lovely thankyou.

The busy road that runs past the bedroom kept us awake. The bathroom door kept sticking had to really pull so really noisey. Toilet didnt flush properly. The chairs in lounge uncomfortable be better with a 2 seater couch. We were only there for 3 nights dont think i could suffer the road any longer

This beautifully appointed purpose built accommodation had everything we needed. The hosts provided lots of extras (local Strawberries being the stand-out feature).

Very close to a busy road, but the delightful wooden shutters did a lot to dampen the noise.

Lovely little annexe, location fantastic, carparking no issue, dog friendly, superb shower.Thankyou for the strawberries & cream. Perfectly adequate for a 3 night stay

"Trip to West Runton"

We had the most wonderful time, we have booked again for September. A wonderful place to stay, very welcoming and a beautifully decorated and modern venue, with the perfect amount of space for two, and two small doggos. West Runton is a favourite of ours, and perfectly place for visiting other surrounding villages. Easy to access Cromer, Sheringham and Wells all in the same day if required. We drove but the train station is easily walkable and the coastal bus service is fab. We had a gentle walk from West Runton to Sherringham once the tide had gone out, very pebbly but accessible, took us about an hour. Local amenities were excellent and The Village Pub two minutes walk away, and is very pleasant. Can't wait to visit again.
