The Wee Coolins-holiday home with wood burner

It was spotlessly clean, there was everything you needed. Very reasonable priced would definitely stay again and the extra great fast WiFi

Really comfortable and a nice location near the pub. Good facilities overall.

The soundproofing wasn’t good at all. You could hear the people upstairs which is a shame as everything else was great. Luckily when we arrived there was someone getting the other apartment / house ready so we could ask for an airer for our clothes. If not we would have been stuck as there was no washing line or pegs. If they are going to offer a washer as a facility then they need to offer a line or airer. We specifically booked this because it had a washer and we were touring around so needed to use it.

A very nice, spacious and nicely furnished apartment with a fireplace, which was ready for use and we also tried it. Spacious bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The sofa was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on. Everything was fine, we didn't meet the host personally, but communication via messages was ok.

Everything was ok, the only negative thing is the noise from the corridor through the blinded door, in front of which there was a library, but it was still very audible when someone went there (fortunately, it wasn't often). The windows were locked, we ventilated through the door. As if it would be better to put information somewhere on how to open the windows.

It was lovely, excellent value for money, I was a little cautious of having a sofa bed, but couldn't find anything that could house us all in other options, mostly only 2 rooms in hotels. However sofa bed was mega comfy, cottage was stunning, clean and had everything you need and more and wood burner topped it off.. Massively exceeded my expectations,

Amazing location and very clean and comfortable. The caretakers were incredible and fixed a heating issue in minus temps while snowing outside. Lovely couple....and even came out to rescue us on the high road when we got stuck in the snowstorm :) Would 100% recommend

Log burner, location.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The noise from upstairs all weekend, it was like living with complete strangers, you could here their conversations and every time they walked about. And also the hole in the wall behind the bookshelf.

It was exceptionally clean. Great location. Parking just outside the door.

Great location and a beautiful house with kitchen and a fireplace

We booked the cottage for 2 nights and we were 3 people but there was only 1 toilet tissue roll provided. When we asked for more toilet roll on 2nd day evening (realising no extra roll was kept), they said it cannot be arranged. The supermarket was 3.5 miles away and by the time we reached it was closed. All other necessities and equipments were present in the house but this basic thing was not there.
