Perfect location in the Lapland. The hosts are very nice and will help you with everything. The sauna is included in price which is amazing. The nature and lake (even if frozen) around the house are stunning. You can buy very nice pictures for afordable price.

The only problem is transfer from Rovaniemi to house, if you dont have a car. It can be quiet cold.

"The cottage and location are worth the money but the reindeer safari was a disaster."

The property and location both are good. Kids had a wonderful time playing with the sledging board. The frozen lake behind the property and it's view both are a treat to watch.

Found that the electric water kettle was not cleaned for quite sometime. We traveled there specifically for the price and the reindeer safari. But the reindeer safari has been a disaster. Our reindeer experience was combined with another couple. So, there are three sledges with 3 reindeers, but not enough man power to handle the reindeers. Before the ride, the reindeers became uncontrollable. One of them jumped and almost landed a blow on top of my son. There's no one controlling the reindeer pulling our sledge. And my daughter and wife were in the sledge front of us. During the whole ride, the reindeer was trying to bite off my daughter and wife and nobody bothered to help them. My daughter was terrified and started crying. The whole experience has been a DISASTER.
