I expected at least an apology from you for the hair everywhere. I also want to clarify that the house is very dusty in many places, such as the nightstand and around the bed. The indoor staircase is unsafe to walk on. Several family members have already fallen down it, including me. I measured the staircase and its width is less than the legally permitted limit of 10 inches, so I plan to report this to Booking.com. I also asked for your help with the safety of the outdoor staircase. There is no light there and it is unsafe to walk on; my son fell on it because of the lack of visibility.

The location is great, close to both Bear Mountain and Snow summit. The beds are comfortable. The heater works well and the water in the shower is hot. There is a big electric tea kettle in the kitchen. TV works well and they have some board games and books.

Some of the light switches don't work. You have to turn on the lamps by pushing buttons on them. It was ok for us because we arrived before sunset, but in the dark you'd like the switch by the door to work. Also wish that the bathrooms had towel racks. They just have a couple of hooks. It looks like there were towel racks in the past but they broke. The stairs to get to the cabin are quite long. It might be difficult for some people. The stairs inside are quite steep and somewhat slippery if you walk in your socks. Please be careful and don't run on them. I am attaching photos of the stairs.
