The overall vibe of the place is cozy and welcoming. With Spacious rooms and beds for the kids, it was the perfect space for my vacation. Michael was messaging me through out the trip answering questions and was really helpful. Location was great. It was close to the lake, the village, and the zoo.

Nothing major but we couldn’t find a way to use the projector that was described in the booking. The tv in the living room worked fine as a replacement.

"A great location for a short trip."

I like the location it close to everything and the Big Bear Zoo. The hosts checked on us it was nice.

On a steep incline, so the elderly would have a tough time getting up all the stairs. Missing towel bars, upstairs shower bar needs be replaced falling.

"Looks cute and cozy, but is uncomfortable."

The property looked very cozy

The beds were very uncomfortable, and we had to leave taking out the trash which was odd because we couldn’t even dump it in the big bins out the house we had to drive off with our trash and find where to dump it elsewhere. Per owner there is a place down the road but we couldn’t find it.If you don’t take your trash they will charge an extra 25$.
