Told by photo and staff room had a fireplace, did not. In room jacuzzi, did not work till second night. Hot water tank far away. TakesSEVERAL minutes to have it. Poor parking, good location near Dollywood.

Location

Fire place had something all over the glass and it didn’t work and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Stains “big” on chairs. They did come the second day and fix the fire place but didn’t clean off the glass.

It was nasty, it has bugs, the restaurant under it played music loud at midnight couldn’t sleep. It just was nasty
