Needs new lighting on the outside steps

Our room was very quiet, especially considering we were downtown Pigeon Forge, it was also clean and comfortable. It was very nice to be able to walk to local businesses.

We had to go to the office to get supplies, clean linens and coffee. We were there for a week but could only get 2 days worth at a time. We had to show our dirty linens to get clean ones. One gal in particular was not very pleasant to work with. We got bath mats twice instead of hand towels, 3 washcloths when asked for 4, etc. The room itself had no storage space, and no place to hang up wet towels or even a hand towel. There also was no secondary security on the door, just a deadbolt that had electronic and key entry from the outside. Nothing else on the inside.

The rooms were nice. It was extremely nice being able to put the kid in her own room to have a little privacy rooms were very spacious. Gas fireplaces were nice. Right in middle of everything in pigeon forge. Best, bang for your buck hands down. We will be coming back!

The property is close to everything and is definitely budget friendly. You can walk to most places easily without crossing the street.

The air vents were rusty and dirty, the hot tub was stained and one of the bubble nozzles came off. The shower head was gross looking, caked in minerals. We tried to use the heat and it smelled like burning dust and we couldn’t breathe so we turned it off. There’s a burn in the carpet where someone laid the iron on the floor while hot.

It was in a very good spot. We could walk anywhere.

Everything was GREAT!!!

The location is great. The pizza place downstairs was awesome. Props to them.

. The stairs and walkway were riddled with spiders. We have serious anxiety over arachnids. The spiders were on each cabin door lamp. There was a leak in the Jacuzzi bathtub. The carpet was subpar. Two poor excuses for chairs. The arm was broken on one of the two sad chairs. The upholstery was so run down and dated that it wasn't nice. They provided an iron but no ironing board. Two very flat and uncomfortable pillows. Yup that's about it.
