Everything was perfect for an action packed family getaway.

More toiletries to accommodate families in the room.

The cleanliness was good and the king bed was comfortable.

First of all, the listing made it seem like we were getting a cabin. We get there and it is a suite ROOM up stairs with no elevator beside the office. The 4 twin beds were 2 trundle beds that were very hard and not comfortable, they squeaked pretty loud everytime you moved. There is no ice machine. There were instructions in the room, you have to leave making sure the thermostat is set on a certain temp or you will be charged. You have to take your own trash out to the dumpster or you will be charged. You can't use the fireplace in the room from April 1st to September 30th or you will be charged $75. You cant leave anything in the fridge or you will be charged. As if this wasn't bad enough, I msgd the property and told them we had different expectations and were not comfortable. They called me about my mother telling them our TV wasn't working and they told me they got my message and was just reading it. I asked them if they would respond via text and they said yes.....they blatantly ignored my concerns. It's not like they didn't see our concerns they told me they were reading it and did nothing about it.....bottom line, triple check what you are booking it's probably not a cabin, and if you are not satisfied nothing will be done about it. We won't be staying here again.

Price is right, and location is great. Spacious room and sweet staff. No cleaning services, so no one coming in and out of our room all week.

The building/facilities are older and the room furnishings are not luxurious at all. Example:the shower curtains - the thinnest, cheapest plastic, and the outer fabric has snags all over it. But hey, everything is clean.

I liked the location

The air didn't work we were there to celebrate a anniversary after 2 days got transferred to a smaller room. Even though I had paid for the upgrade air didn't work. In either room, I called the hotel directly to resolve the situation. And they did not care.

Loved the view from our room 221..great size and at least it did have a high table and chairs so you could see out the window..

If your room is to the front of the building no close parking especially for someone like my husband who has COPD and has to use oxygen not to mention the 17 stairs you have to walk up just to get to the rooms..

I loved that it was nice and quiet, the huge tub in the room is a definite plus. Perfect for any couple on a romantic getaway
