I would highly recommend this facility for couples. There is not a lot of room for kids, but this is what we liked about it. Very quiet and homey. Our room was clean and the office staff was very helpful.

I don't know that there was anything that i didn't like. Maybe parking, but that was not terrible.

Location was great

The drains didn't work properly, the guy from the pizza below woke us up complaining out tub flooded the pizza shop, sink and bathtub drain very slow

Location was a short walk from the main transportation hub, so it was nice not to have to find parking at the transportation hub to travel around pigeon forge. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet.

Text and Email communication system can sometimes be confusing, but the staff is very kind and clears up confusion when asked. The Rooms were older but well cared for, Tv needs you to log into your own streaming or you have whatever is on the roku live tv app.

Bad parking..no lights on stairs..very well worn deck with shaky areas..not handicap friendly..staff was not friendly at all in person..would not stay here again..would not recommend to anyone..

It was super close to pretty much everything.

Although the tub, shower and bathroom were clean, the walls in behind the bed and underneath were very dusty. And I only know that because I read the book and discovered that I needed to check for scorpions. So I was checking everything and the cleaning could have been a lot better. Plus I came when they had the Slammendenuff lol
