Close to town and walking tracks. Heating system was excellent in cold conditions. Very quiet.

Advertised kitchenette which to us is facility with Water and sink. In this case a plastic bowl was provided for dishwashing

Location great. Need to take own soap and shampoo etc. None provided apart from one small bar of soap. We didn't know that and hadn't experienced it before so were unprepared. Black seats uncomfortable. Bed was fabulous. No wifi but that was ok. Difficult to work the key lock.should upgrade that.

Oh the black chairs. So uncomfortable. Like sitting on a board. The key lock that didn't work. So when you arrive and it's cold and you're tired, to then try to work a locked code that won't open is not cool....

Was a little dissapointed threr was no hot plate for cooking, as unit was advertised as having a kitchenette, also suprised there was no wifi available. But neither was a deal breaker.

A lovely comfortable, spacious and immaculately clean garden cottage, in beautiful gardens and with lovely views. 5 mins walk to Hanmer Springs and the main street. Highly recommended 👌
