Very spacious, great views, clean, and near restaurants and bars, and 2 min walk to the beach!

Close to beach. Saw dolphins in the outlet behind the rental.

The size of the property, location and bay view.

Several things on this property need repair. The furniture missing handles. Holes in worn out sheets. Old towels and wash cloths. Pillow cases too small for the “flat” pillows. No soap for the dishwasher, no toilet paper or paper towels. The thermostat could not be adjusted maybe because it was flashing replace the battery. Almost impossible to read the microwave display.

The view!

Was missing a pool table in the basement. Also, the only room to hang out with everyone was in the living room. The kitchen did not even offer any seating, e.g. bar stools for the counter or a kitchen table.

Remarkable 2900 sq ft townhouse. It was beautifully furnished and the beds were so comfortable. View from the front was towards the beach. The view from the back overlooks the bay. Lovely restaurant just across the street. Despite the destruction from the two hurricanes, we enjoyed a very comfortable week and observed the strength of the people and the owners of this community . I was very pleased with The Beach and Bay Townhouse and the owner of this unit who was very good about responding.

It was across the road from the beach.

There were lots of bugs inside of the house. The AC unit went out during stay. The TVs turn on and off by themselves at night. Very annoying. The landlord is very rude and shows up to property without knocking or notification. She just walks in the front door screaming your name.
