Lovely owner. Great location. Very convenient. Family friendly. We had a very good experience.

The view.

The host was very uncomfortable. I tried to explain to her the things in the condo that were broke or in disrepair upon my arrival so that she would not try to accuse my family and I upon our departure. She got irate and accused me of "not being a human being" and "having no heart". She said some other disturbing things and hung up on me. I saw no need for this behavior. I do wish I would have read through all the reviews concerning this host before we rented. My sister was two door down with her family and this woman was incredibly relentless with texts and calls. When it comes to the property, pool sticks are broken and the table is uneven, furniture is dated, and there were ants in one of the rooms bathroom & closet. It’s stated that it’s 650' from beach, there is a bay behind you but beach is two blocks down across the street. Please read all of the lower rated reviews, so you know what you’re getting yourself into when renting this property or any of Laura's other properties.

location and cleanliness

Several excellent locations that were extremely close to have breakfast! Certainly recommend the Sweet Sage Cafe! Try the WV Benedict :) ..... excellent gravy!!

Location and view

Poor upkeep, many broken items for the price the upkeep was horrible. Poor communication about check in

Location is great. Great for having multiple people under one roof. Very space and enough beds to accommodate. Ton of storage and bathrooms for everyone upstairs and downstairs. It was great waking up in the morning and sitting on the porch watching the sun come up! Great water view.

Update furniture. Tvs are small for living and master rooms. Double check that the dishwasher is also being cleaned. The dishes were dirty, cups had residue. Dishwasher when empty before using did not look clean at all. There are small black ants on the main level, kitchen. Don’t water down the soaps…

Property was great. Wish there was a pool, only drawback, but we knew that ahead of time.
