We loved the location, price, bay view out the back and street view (People watching) out the front. Loved the terraces. It was very roomy, clean and affordable.

Basement was kinda musty (it's a florida thing. Not the owners fault). Also could have used some more comfy seating in the living room. There are alot of stairs. Just FYI Would have like to have had a King size bed in the Master. But over all it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful views. Close proximity to restaurants and the beach. It was a great way to reconnect with my childhood growing up in Florida. There were also several locations within walking distance to get fresh seafood, and our kids got to fish right off the seawall and docks. We really enjoyed ourselves!

People in other reviews had criticized maintenance needs. I could nit-pick (like a pocket door for the master bath that was missing a bottom guide and made it tricky to get in and out of), but these things were minor and did not impact our enjoyment of our stay.

We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner ourselves. Very beautiful view from the window. Close to the beach!

The beds were not comfortable enough! Furniture in poor condition. The air conditioner didn't work very well!
