The location was great.

Well if you are older you should know that there are thirty steps from top to bottom. Their were worms coming out of the window sill in the small bedroom with the Tv, also little gnats coming out of the dresser. A man walks in the yard at all times to see what you are doing everyday. The rules that this owner puts in place are ridiculous, thermostat at 74 turn everything off even if you leave for a short time, do not use the balcony which is where the sun rises and is beautiful until 8 am even thought the guy is mowing the lawn at 730. We were so worried about breaking rules and her charging us $700 it was not even enjoyable. And the home needs repairs, also it is in need of a good cleaning, chandeliers have souch dust. Also be careful about hitting your toes on the huge feet on the furniture. The decor of this place is horrible. I have stayed at a lot of air bnbs and bookings and this is the worst!!

Location! Beach only about a block away. Great restaurants within walking distance. short Uber to John’s Pass. Nice morning views on waterway.

Furnishings are very dated, worn, and not very comfortable. No stools in kitchen. Couch and chairs cushions very worn. Deck and patio furniture rusting.

The location was great with access to the beach as well as a view of the intercoastal! Dolphins, stingrays, birds! Lots of sunshine. The food nearby was also fantastic!

I dont have a whole lot to say that would have even needed improvement. The condo was great. The location was great. There were chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The neighbors werent super friendly but that is ok too

Location was good

Photos were from years ago. Owner should be ashamed. Everything was worn and old. Everything was broken. From the fridge having multiple broken shelves, ice maker not working. Bed in MBR was broken. Sliders didn’t close well, locks on sliders didn’t work. Our kids were terrified someone would come in at night. Towel racks were worn and broken. Pool table and cues were broken…kids had been excited to play pool but it was in shambles. No toiletries. Had to run out and buy toiletries last minute. Beach chairs were broken. No beach towels, had to run out again to buy beach towels. Couches were filthy and worn. We had to put towels on the couch to sit without being grossed out. Cleaning fee didn’t apply to our stay because my son kept finding sunflower seed shells under his feet and we don’t eat sunflower seeds. Found sunflower shells on the deck, must have been from previous renter. Paint was peeling on every deck and ceiling. Our spring break was ruined. We feel scammed.

Very roomy and open with an excellent views from the living room and the master bedroom. Really enjoyed eating out on the balcony and watching the wildlife, from birds diving in and getting fish to the dolphins we sighted almost every day. Good location too, close to the beach and a lot of great restaurants. Also liked how there were beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and some beach toys for us to take and use at the beach.

There were a lot of stairs, but we knew this when we booked, so this really doesn't count.

The location was great! Bay view on one side, beach view on the other. And the beach was a two block walk. Lots of space. Loved relaxing on the patio off the living room. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Two cars fit easily in the garage. Pool table on the first level was fun. Board games and cards in the TV stand in living room.

The tiny ants in the kitchen. You can't leave food on the counter. We bought donuts and left them on the counter in a box. We had to throw away the donuts. Also, the front door lock was tricky. We locked ourselves out as the code only worked the deadbolt. And even when we thought we didn't lock the bottom lock, it would lock when we closed the door. Good news was, the owner lived close by and let us in quickly.
