Mediterranean Three Story Beach Townhouse

The only good about this property was the location. Other than that, it is not worth the money. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!

I don’t even know where to start on how bad our experience was. I wished I would have read the reviews before renting it. The landlord is extremely rude and will not communicate with you. If she does, it’s hours later. Her 5 page rules of what not to do is ridiculous since more than half of the house is falling apart. The beds are hard as rocks. One of the beds was slanted and I noticed a wheel broken off. I messaged the landlord and her replied was, thanks for noticing it. The furniture is so out dated, it was gross to even try to sleep. The couches are all worn out. The whole house has one tv. And when I messaged her about a remote missing she said she would get one and never did. There’s no ice for the fridge. There’s no complementary shampoo or conditioner. The dishes are so limited and gross. THE DOOR TO THE DRYER WOULD NOT CLOSE! The stairs are not safe and missing rails in which kids could fall through. The broom Is made for a 3 yr old to use and of course was broken. The pool table is unusable. The two pull out couches advertised are not pull outs. Instead she has cots that are extremely gross. Bugs everywhere!!! Not enough blankets. The sinks don’t drain properly. The showers are extremely slippery. This landlord charges almost $300 for cleaning and the place didn’t even smell clean or was cleaned. Over charged her visitors and does nothing to update it!!! I could go on about my horrible experience. Wanted to turn around as soon as I walked into the door.

Cleanliness of the property was great. View of the inter coastal waterway was also great. Saw dolphins every day and a manatee once!

Dishwasher didn’t work. No stopper for kitchen sink. Tub and showers drained slow. Master bedroom mattress was rock hard. Needs some more kitchen supplies i.e. pots, pans. (Maybe some spices,etc supplied instead of having to shop for everything so you can cook?)

The location was great. The property itself was decent.

We found out the stove didn’t work our 2nd night, it was finally replaced on our 4th day there. The manager walked in the home without bothering to knock or call. You could tell the property was minimally maintained. There is 2 parking spaces in garage but it was hard to navigate around when other cars were parked in the driveway.

Large living space, great viewing for wildlife, nice having a garage, close to the Gulf, close to shopping and restaurants!

Out of date decorating, dock needs repair, tough to maneuver car into the garage, ice dispesor on the refrigerator not working well, a blender for making cold cocktails would be nice

Beds were awful, noisy, couldn't sleep. Dishwasher didn't work, electrical outlets didn't work, much needed repair. Very disappointed, in our stay. We paid enough money, not worth it.

this property location is perfect for my family as my in-laws live ten minutes away and friends we go to beach with have place on beach 5 minutes away so it is a perfect location.

we go out to eat most every night so we don’t mind the kitchen amenities. The same things that weren’t working last year, aren’t working this year.
