The beds were hard

Perfect location too venture out.

When raining lounging around, the sofas aren't very comfortable

How large the living room dining room and kitchen was. And being on the water. Beautiful home.

Need to have thicker curtains in the living room. Replace broken furniture and holes in the ceiling. The advertising said it was 2 sofa sleeper it was only one.

Convenience to the beach. Very clean . We absolutely loved it. It was the cheapest I found anywhere to that kind of property . I would definitely recommend it.

Could be updated a little but still very nice. The next door neighbors parked in front of our garage . I actually hit a tree getting out , due them being in the way.

Location.

The host. I believe the property was entered into without notice to us as “required” under the lease agreement that the owner requires you to “agree” to. The owner states that she will charge you $500 for a missing remote control. That’s unconscionable. No toiletries provided. 24/7 monitoring by the owners. It felt as if we were being watched the entire time.

Cleanliness, peacefulness, views, spacious, were able to dock boat for a reasonable fee, very black and white communication and directions

Not much to complain about
