Mediterranean Three Story Beach Townhouse

The property was in a good location, clean and good smelling. Had a lot of spaces, sofa bed and additional portable beds for plenty of guests. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Was in general nice and quiet.

I didn’t like that some things don’t look at all like the pictures. The pool table was a real mess, we couldn’t even play. The recreational room, where the pool table is, is really hot, it doesn’t have a fan or A/C. The bathrooms shower head was sprinkling everywhere. The master bathroom shower was clogged. Te beds were very noisy and uncomfortable, I’d wake up everyday with back pain. The property owner was nice and friendly when we first arrived, until I complained about the property not having soap or toilet paper, her answer was that the property wasn’t a hotel. She also told me that the guest that departed before we arrived loved the property and didn’t complain about anything, as if we had to be the same.

The property was located across the street from the beach with easy access.

Pool table unplayable. Un balanced 😥 House is very sterile but clean, just no beachy vibe. Shared dock planks are unstable in places Beds comfy but squeaky Outdoor chairs downstairs need TLC

The location and price were perfect walking distance to the beach, great restaurants and coffee shops. Saw dolphins and manatees every night in the bay!

I’ve stayed at alot of vacation rentals and I’ve never had to buy so much for a stay. We had to buy salt and pepper, cleaning supplies, blankets there was one thin one per room, paper towels, laundry soap so we could wash the 2 rags they gave us to clean the kitchen up. The pool table was unusable if you actually wanted to play true pool because the felt is ripped the pockets have no bottoms so the balls just fall on tile risking breaking the tile. Lastly I was pretty floored by the pages of things we would be charged with if they broke. It made us very nervous to even use anything in fear they’d break. We went and bought red solo cups just so we didn’t accidentally break a glass and get charged for it. I felt I needed to go through the house and take pics of everything right when we showed up so we didn’t get blamed for things like the couches being worn, the sheets having a hole in them etc.

Able to see the amazing sunrise and dolphin watching from every balcony. Great location, restaurants within walking distance. A lot of room, very comfortable.

Everything was great, no complaints.

Location was a plus.

People were inside the residence when not needed for maintenance. Our 1st 24hrs was without A/C. We were compensated for that and it was appreciated. But, during the rest of the week, there were people inside of the residence after we left for a day out or the beach. Thankfully, none of our stuff came up missing. Also, all 3 BRs were on the 3rd floor. That was not stipulated in the description. I didn't get to sleep in a bed because I wasn't able to climb the last flight of stairs. Also, the 2 spare rooms were very small and bare minimum; didn't even have a TV. That's less than what a hotel would offer. We literally went with my sister and brother-in-law. My husband had to switch midway thru the week to be fair and let them have a room with a bathroom and TV. It is not a vacation home. It's a basic 3story 3Br townhouse with an unsuitable gameroom. Still a great location but, I won't rent it again. I'll stay at a hotel with an elevator so that I can sleep in a bed and without snopes rumaging thru our stuff.
