The location and views are great!

The mattress needs updating. Showers don’t drain well. Couches need updating.

The location was awesome, right on the water and across the street from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants

Proximity to beach and surrounding attractions without being too close and crowded.

There needs to be more blankets. It doesn't have anything in the kitchen to cook with the pans we all scratched up. we had to go buy a pan to cook with . When you rent a condo you don't want to have to buy things .

The location and the view

Location is excellent. Home is very clean. Owner is very friendly.

Some things were broken. Dock is in disrepair and growing unsafe. The broken items were small things like toilet paper and towel holders, microwave over the oven, and the icemaker. That’s said, it’s a great property and we have stayed there 5 years now.
