Craigadam Lodge with Hot tub

Only thing I would change is I wish they had towels

Beautiful rural country house set in acres of farm land, Celia is an awesome host fresh baked bread and scones in the mornings, nothing is too much trouble. Hot tub is amazing and the views from it are out of this world. Beautiful gardens all very well kept, the country house is stunning it’s like stepping back into the 19th century with all the original features very regal.

There wasn’t a single thing

Lovely location, very well stocked, spacious comfortable beds.

No curtain on the front door felt a bit exposed. No bath mats supplied,dogs not allowed in the bedrooms.

The location and views from hot tub were amazing. The water pressure and temperature were great. The 6 single beds made sleeping arrangements great for our group. The sofas were comfy and rooms spacious. The freshly baked and delivered bread on Saturday was a lovely surprise.

The step in the hall way is not clearly visible/marked. The hot tub is weather dependent which wasn't expected. The description at booking didn't emphasise there were no towels. Being picky: There were too many dishes in cupboards with not full matching set of any. Glasses in cupboard were bit grubby and had to be washed before use. Lots of cobwebs in property. There was no wi fi code in property, had to be requested. The bed ends in one room are both visually damaged. Check in arrangements were left till we were en route.

Just stayed here for 4 nights and it was amazing. So quiet and relaxing which was just what we wanted, The scenery is beautiful, especially where the hot tub is situated. On a morning I sat and watched the sun coming up and on an evening in the hot tub the night sky was amazing. The property itself is lovely and feels very cosy. Every bedroom is huge and with its own bathroom. The garden is huge with a nice play area at the bottom which our son enjoyed. The courtyard area at the front is very pretty in the evening when the lights come on. Our hosts were lovely and welcoming. From the welcome hamper to the a loaf of fresh baked bread later in the week and even a gift for our son when we left.

Large cottage with excellent facilities set in a lovely estate with beautiful courtyard garden. Lovely hamper left on arrival and freshly baked bread delivered on first morning of stay. Hot tub beautifully situated. Great views.

Very spacious. Clean and fab location

No rear door to the garden. We had someone with mobility issues and the ground was a bit uneven so felt if there had been access direct to the rear they would have been able to do so more.

Gorgeous property and grounds, the photos don’t do it justice at all. Monty the dog was well loved by the whole group.

Would have been handy to have some towels/bath mats but luckily we brought spare from home.
