Everything. Quiet location, excellent parking and loads of room. Top quality appliances and a proper power shower. Comfy bed etc, etc. Can't recommend enough.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at the annex – it was wonderful from start to finish. Although I didn’t get the chance to meet Jackie in person, her thoughtful touches and attention to detail gave the place such a warm and comforting feel. She truly went above and beyond to make it feel like a home away from home. I had the best birthday there, thank you.

Very clean. Very modern. Extremely quiet. Sofa bed is very comfortable. Great location for walks/runs

Nothing really. If being very nit picky the TV could be a bit bigger as the room is large. Maybe a downstairs toilet would suit a stay over with friends.
