"Perfect base from which to explore the South Downs"

I booked this property as an escape over the New Year (my most loathed time of year!) and it turned out to be one of my better ideas! Admittedly the weather was in my favour (cold, crisp and sunny), but the property was perfectly located to explore the beautiful South Downs area, almost equidistant between Petersfield and Chichester. It was super quiet, private and peaceful, with beautiful views, situated down a long, no-through road. It was light and spacious, yet also cosy and comfortable. The 'cottage' had everything you could possibly need for a self-catering break, so it felt very 'home-from-home'. I would definitely stay there again.

"Beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need."

Everything was just lovely. Comfortable,clean, well equipped, decor good, super location. Just about the right size. Would highly recommend.

We weren’t aware we couldn’t use the garden area as in picture on Booking.com there is no private sign , we thought we could use it for our dog. But this wasn’t a huge problem at all. Very narrow entrance into the show unit.

Zeer proper en mooi gelegen accommodatie. Piekfijn in orde, en zeer modern. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig.

Eén klein minpuntje : de toilet is boven waardoor je door de slaapkamer moet om deze te bereiken. Als je met meer dan twee personen huurt, kan dit een probleem geven 's nachts.

"A great place for a short or longer stay"

This was our 2nd visit to the annex & unlikely to be our last. It’s in a lovely quiet & secluded location beneath the South Downs. The annex is comfortable, clean & well equipped for an enjoyable stay. Our host Jackie’s communication is excellent without being at all intrusive. We look forward to further visits in the future.

There wasn’t anything to dislike.
