Tri Ard House Derry City Centre town house

The location was excellent, very close to the bars, nightlife and shops

It wasn’t clean in fact it was disgusting. Simple things like the bin was dirty, cobwebs and dust everywhere, the drawers were dirty, the oven door was dirty, the mug holder was rusty. We could overlook all of that but We actually found a used condom under one of the beds 🤢🤮 The curtain rails were hanging off, the beds and bedding were cheap quality, there’s artificial grass on the stairs instead of carpet and the bathroom being downstairs is a real pain.

Proximity to the city wall, bars and attractions. Ease of getting in and out.

The bed was small, old and uncomfortable. The toilet seat wasn't stable and it was very noisy all night with cars roaring up and down, admittedly this was Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, it was quieter on Monday night.

Perfectly located, so close to everything! Facilities included were all in good working order. The place was spotless on arrival!

Location was perfect.

The bar to the back of the property had very loud music blaring until 2am. Astro turf carpet on the stairs doesn’t feel safe under foot (slippery) not enough cutlery for 6.
