Tri Ard House Derry City Centre town house

Very central for bars and restaurants. Owner very helpful with keys. Good for group of lads, hence why an 8 not less.

House is very tired and needs revamp. My wife would not stay here.

Location amazing - were there for Jazz Festival and parked car on Friday only moved it again Monday. House has an old school pac man arcade game which was cool. Everything you needed.

Only toilet and bathroom downstairs but knew this however long way down in night. No oven dishes/tray but said to owner snd this hopefully resolved for other guests.

Fantastic central location to all the sites, pubs and shopping. Plenty of room in the house. Very clean and everything you need for a weekend stay.

Location was great and parking easy, BUT the house needs to be freshened up.

The house needs to be freshened up. There was no hand soap in the house. The towels were shabby well worn but clean. The stairs is covered with artificial grass instead of carpet!! We rang Darren, who lives 20 miles away - he suggested we go to his other house 2 doors up the street to get fresh towels and soap, so we did. He did offer us this house, but it was not ready for new clients. A cleaner did arrive with reasonably decent towels later. Our overall impression was disappointing. More suitable for the young who are there to party.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city centre. Minutes walk to all tourist attractions, bars & restaurants. Hosts communicated throughout our stay. Would stay here again.

Stair covering very unusual. We would have liked extra blankets,

it is what it is the accommodation is pretty basic and a bit tired . but it was clean and the beds where comfortable and the location is first class

heating was difficult to work out and shower pressure could have been better
