Tri Ard House Derry City Centre town house

Great little Apartment . Close to everything . Good communication and recommendations given re local shops etc .

The road noise was pretty loud at night , but this was the only downside .

Owners communicated well by text.

Place needs an upgrade. New furniture, carpet, beds, linens. Needs soap, bath mat, local information. It was located in a major party zone. Very noisy not good for families.

Access to city centre good - near transport and shops and restaurants. Bed comfortable

We stayed on a bank holiday weekend. It was noisy most evenings until gone 12 or later, with stragglers leaving the pubs. The bathroom being downstairs wasn't convenient. It also didn't have sufficient towel rails and shelves to put bits and pieces. One room very small- no space for wardrobe

First impressions when we arrived at the door as front door filthy and window/sills grubby. Uncomfortable mattresses

The location was awesome and the communication between us and the hosts was excellent. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen was very useful.

I was not prepared for the bathroom to be downstairs away from the bedrooms. The stairs felt unsafe and we didn't have soap for the shower. It just felt weird and I didn't know to expect this.

Amazing location to see the heart of Derry city. Everything within walking distance.

Hard to fault this place.If being extra critical the mattresses could be improved on the beds. The bathroom/shower are all downstairs, having said that it's obviously an old house which has been updated and if I'm planning another weekend in Derry I would look this place up first.
