"Nice, quiet and relaxing stay."

Location, handy to visit York. Nice, quiet park. We enjoyed the hot tub.

The pull out bed was a little uncomfortable. Some of the bedding had stains.

Great lodge very clean and location of the restaurant was lovely . Enjoyed the hot tub .

They wasn't any welcome pack example tea /coffee only one towel each for 2 night stay .would been nice to have robes for hot tub also

"Lovely location and caravan quite will stay again"

Caravan was lovely hot tub was to expectations everything was well presented second time staying here

We had Breakfast in jjs bar which was £19.99 I got given half a black pudding which on a £12 breakfast should be a full one also maybe consider giving a free breakfast to people who are paying £500 plus a £200 security deposit also this is the second time we have stayed here first time was 1 night and there were tea and coffee facilities including a biscoff biscuit for the amount of people who stayed second time around staying for 2 nights there was nothing there was quite a lot of dust especially above the bed! Few spider webs cutlery was stained (not washed properly)
