Good location not too far from the train/station. View of Mt. Fuji from the balcony was amazing. The property is well equipped for a comfortable stay.

Walk from the road into the accommodation is not paved. Can't roll the luggage bag. Had to carry the luggage or wheels would break.

Stella House Gemini is very close to the station and easy to find: we easily walked with our luggage. There are absolutely delightful views of Mt Fuji from large windows in the kitchen and living area. There is a balcony with dining table with lovely Mt Fuji views. The house is very clean and modern. My boys loved the Playstation. The sleeping area was spacious. We had a lovely stay.

Nothing, it was delightful

Very clean, modern with well equipped kitchen (but we didn’t cook anything), dining table & chairs (with views to Mt Fuji) and comfortable sofa. There’s a washing machine, although we didn’t use it. Nothing is provided in the kitchen, not even tea or coffee. The bathroom has shampoo/conditioner/soap and a hairdryer.

Be aware the beds are futons and quite firm, as are the pillows. The bed linen is left for you to make up the futon yourself, we are seniors so it’s not easy crawling around on the floor to make up the futon beds, which are quite heavy. There’s only one big bedroom (downstairs) with futons on the floor, so probably only good for those sharing with a partner or close friends. The living area is up steep stairs, ok for us but may not be if you have mobility issues. The outdoor areas both need furniture upgrades, the plastic wicker furniture on the downstairs deck is completely broken and dangerous to sit on (you would fall through). The balcony furniture is similar, not as degraded as that on the deck but has no seat cushions so can’t be used.

Great location. Very pleasant first floor kitchen and living space. Nice bathroom facilities. Very modern and clean.

Significant noise from the connected property. The bedroom was very small for four people. Very light in the morning due to the exterior door and bedroom door being glass and overnight due to illuminated fire exit sign in the hall.

The place has wonderful facilities and great location. We loved everything about it. It was very clean and tidy and had an awesome view of Mt Fuji.

There was a high pitched noise that was on repeat 24/7 in the neighbourhood. I believe its to deter younger people. You cant hear it from the inside, but definitely the outside.

Spacious. Reasonable Price. Mt. Fuji View.

No washing powder. No dehumidifier. Heater in the bedroom is noisy. No shoe horn - that's not normal for japanese. Noise isolation between adjacent unit is not good enough. Pavement leading to the door would be better. It is very hard to roll your luggage. Parking location is 35°29'57.3"N 138°45'45.5"E.
