This is one of the most beautiful and amazing Airbnb I’ve ever tried. I had the best time with my family and friends. It has everything you need like EVERYTHING!!! When my family was ranking places we have stayed in Japan so far, we would without hesitation say this was the best. - The view is amazing. Like I couldn’t believe my eyes when I woke up every morning - The location was so convenient- so close to rental cars, famous Lawson place, buses and so many good cafes and restaurants. And like 7 minutes away from Kawaguchiko sta. - The service and staff did a brilliant job. They were so helpful throughout the whole process and instructions to everything was so simple and easy. The bathroom was so nice - warm water and such a good bath place. I personally loved that. And they have big parking place too. The space is so big as well. And they have bicycles too. I RODE THEM EVERY MORNING to Lawson and there was no crowd. And so much more. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you for your service Yuri. I had a beautiful time at your hometown.

The area and surrounding. We get to see Mt Fuji right before our eyes from the living area. The house is complete with kitchenette and washer.

The parking is a bit far from the entrance, so you have to drag your bag to the house which is quite troublesome. They put stones on the walkway heading to the house, so imagine dragging your luggages on that.

Amazing view of Mt Fuji from the dining area, living room, and balcony. It felt fantastic enjoying my breakfasts every morning while admiring the mountain views :) The villa is well equipped with everything you'll need for a pleasant stay. There is also an instruction booklet that shows you how to use the appliances and electronics (e.g. water heater, microwave, TV, etc.). The living/dining/kitchen area and the bedroom is comfortably warm with the help of the air-conditioners. Having gone in winter I didn't really get to make full use of the balcony and the deck, but I'm sure those visiting in warmer seasons will enjoy hanging out there! There are a few local restaurants nearby the property, as well as a Family Mart about 7 mins' walk out. Kawaguchiko Train Station is also quite nearby at just 12 mins walk away.

This is just a minor complaint, but the toilet and shower are two completely separate rooms - if you're like me and are used to having the toilet and shower/bath in the same room, this does take some getting used to.

The room is spacious, and the balcony view of Mount Fuji is truly memorable. From the property, the walk to the station is also not too far.

The access road to the property is very rocky, making it difficult to pull luggage and causing concern that the suitcase wheels may get damaged. Please consider providing a safe and luggage-friendly access path.

1.廚房內器具齊全！ 2.公共空間大！整體算是乾淨舒適！ 3.浴室乾濕分離還不錯！ 4.離河口湖車站,馬拉松起跑點不遠！

1.主要房間的暖氣有狀況！但不至於會很冷！還可以接受！ 2.但會一直跳電: 因為民宿使用很多的鹵素燈！太耗電！導致燈全開～就無法使用其他電器！會一直跳電！所以不要把燈全打開！(房間內,廚房正上方都是鹵素燈！ 建議民宿改成LED燈！可以一次解決掉這個問題！不然對房客是個困擾！ 因為我們本身有水電背景！所以能夠判斷處理！一般民眾可能很難！ 3.浴室的排水可能沒有裝防臭的功能！所以會有異味一直從浴室飄出！ 抽風要一直開著！ 4.然後民宿入口是石頭路～～對行李箱很不友善！ 其餘的都還不錯！

This is a modern, clean, and comfortable home with new and well-maintained equipment. The owner was friendly and very responsive throughout my stay. The location is excellent — when you open the window, you are greeted by a stunning view of Fuji-san. It’s also within walking distance of the town center. Definitely a great place that is worth the price, and I will surely book again in the future.
