Everything from start of the booking till we checked out .Aya and Yuri were fantastic with indications and they made sure our stay was as pleasant as it could get. The house is spacious and the view is everything you could wish for.

The place is very spacious, clean and has all the amenities that we wish to have. Unfortunately we didn’t have the glimpse of Mt Fuji but it was all because of the weather.

The only issue we had was on the wifi service which has had many intermittences and the coverage was not strong in the bedroom.

Le logement est super grand, les précisions pour l'arrivée étaient parfaite, il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour cuisiner et manger. Vue superbe sur le mont Fuji. Calme et tout était propre pour dormir également.

Le seul petit point est peut-être des ceintres et autres pour faire sécher le linge.

Hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive. Great location.. 10 minute walk from the station. Bikes available for rent in the back yard (500Y per day). Fantastic mountain view from the second level balcony.

The traditional Japanese futon beds aren’t going to be for everyone. I had no issues, but my wife started to get a sore back by the end of our stay. Some of the bedding had what looked like old make up stains as well.. not a big deal though and I’m sure it was just a one time thing.

Tout. La vue formidable sur le Mont Fuji, la propreté, les vélos à louer dans la maison pour faire le tour du lac ou aller au Fuji-Q, la communication avec l’hôte. Tout était parfait!
