'Sounion' - Fabulous, spacious modern house with large private garden in Leafy Lytham

The accommodation was excellent, clean, well equipped and very spacious, set in a lovely location with easy access to train station and busses. All at an excellent price.

We loved the house. Quiet area, very large, well equipped, comfortable. Will probably return one day.

Minor points - the kitchen table was sticky but we were assured it was about to be resealed, the windows needed cleaning but I'm sure they were about to be. We prefer a clothes line in the garden rather than a tumble dryer.

The property was perfect for our family bank holiday get together. My parents have mobility issues so the access throughout the bungalow was ideal. The space exceeded our expectations and allowed for all of us to find our own areas of tranquility over the weekend. The kitchen was exceptional with every choice of crockery, serving plate and cooking utensil available. We loved that the property was so ideally located to both Lytham & St Anne's. Great communication and instructions. Thank you

The size of the house & the location was great,right on the main bus route & also within walking distance from lytham.

We had to replace some basic items such as loo roll/pepper/cooking oil & toilet cleaner.

Fabulous location to the lovely town and beach. It had everything we needed. The garden was all enclosed which was brilliant for our dog. It felt like a home. We had a walk to a couple of pubs which are not far. There is a lovely walk through a wood which is just round the corner. Lytham hall is just a 10 minute walk too and has lovely grounds and a really nice coffee shop too. Would definitely stay here again when coming to Lytham.

Very quiet location, spacious, excellent facilities, home from home.

Could do with a folding chair for the shower room for people with mobility issues and couple of pizza trays for the oven would be be useful.

It was very spacious and comfortable and well appointed.

The instructions for departure were rather draconian considering we had already paid for cleaning. What we were asked to do was too much, if the property was to be deep cleaned which is what they said.
