A wonderful stay over Christmas. The house is spacious and spotless with all the amenities you can think of. There’s a pub within walking distance, and the beach is a 15 stroll away. The host was very welcoming. We have family in the area so would love to return.

The only negative point was the request to hoover the floor and clean all surfaces before you leave. Most people would presumably leave the house in a decent condition, so this felt like a very odd thing to ask when you’re paying £150+ per night!

Booked for my parents for a few days away in beautiful Lytham St Anne’s! The house is immaculately clean with super facilities & the owner is great at communicating. Easy parking in a quiet & lovely part of the area. Perfect for my folks & for me to have been able to visit them. Don’t hesitate to book if you want to visit Lytham x

The property was spotlessly clean, very spacious and had all the facilities and extras you would possibly need! The location was excellent being able to explore local attractions and 10-15 minute drive into Blackpool. We would definitely recommend this property.
