"As close to perfect as you can get"

Very spacious, lovely garden, lots of pots and pans to use, off street parking, big fridge freezer, welcome pack, dishwasher

I clean everywhere I stay, but stripping beds at last minute was a faff. Some cups were dirty and dusty cobwebs in places

Stunning house in perfect location to travel out & about with the family. No problems parking in the quiet close. House & facilities exceeded expectations. Spacious living room, kitchen and lovely garden to relax in. Great little touches like the small office space for working on the computer, multiple bathrooms, and some essentials already there in the kitchen.

"Exceptional"

The house is so comfortable and was just amazing for a family celebration. Plenty of room and everything you could ask for in facilities. Parking very good and we really didnt need to use care as we could easily walk to Lytham Hall and Lytham and St Annes easy to access. Buses run frequently into Blackpoo. Teo lovely pubs/restaurant within 10 minute wal and one dog friendly. Also special.mention to the safe enclosed garden great for children and dogs. Would definitely stay again.l

No breakfast, it was self catering. It was high speck and a joy to stay there . Would stay there again. Nice sized rooms ,good beds What else is there to say. Very satisfactory.

I just thought the garden and sitting area could have been swept and tidied better, i swept it as best i could, which was no trouble. I only thought this because i'm very fussy at home with my own garden. I love my garden.
