Woodside Hot Tub Retreat

Family enjoyed the hot tub, clean and well presented and private.

Upon arrival caravan was cold and felt damp, and on inspection this was the case. Behind the cushions in the lounge area were found to be wet with black damp patches, in the main bedroom the carpet was wet around the edges with damp patches. Also the extractor fan in the shower room was not working, We have stayed in other caravans on this site without any issues like this, and for more than £600 for our stay find this unacceptable.

The location was lovely. The park was quiet and nicely kept. The hot tub was nice and big with great jets and lights. Nice to have cleaning products supplied and spare toilet rolls.

Some aspects of it were a little tired. The carpet was quite stained and some of the cutlery was broken. The outdoor umbrella was broken but fortunately the weather stayed pretty dry for us. There wasn’t anything that would’ve spoiled our stay but would’ve made it a little nicer.

where the property was located near everywhere like walks,bar etc. my tribe loved the hot tub they were never out.

Thank you so much for accommodating our lads while working in the local area they had a very comfortable place to rest there heads after a day working and the hot tub was a very good extra.

Very quiet and relaxing, location is great for a long peaceful weekend.

WiFi wasn't the best which didn't work out well with having young kids.

Location was perfect. Caravan very nice, especially with the hot tub.

Missed not having an airer for wet clothes and towels to dry on.
