Woodside Hot Tub Retreat

the hot tub AFTER it was cleaned AFTER we arrived and complained. lady that looked after caravan very polite and apologised a lot for the mess, and came and cleaned bin, and hot tub and explained the mold all over curtains had been washed but wouldn’t come out. bathroom and beds where clean

where do I start… mold on almost every curtain, thick dust everywhere in living room. tampon applicator in kitchen bin, dirty hot tub (hairs and yellow stuff in bottom) broken socket, leak under kitchen sink, hot tub/ garden area covered in dead leaves and a few crisp packets, nob kept falling off oven so couldnt see which way to turn it, one side of toaster inside bent. tv hardly worked, ariel was bad as was the Wi-Fi for the streaming services. told they supply toilet roll was non there so had to buy some. seals falling off bottom of shower door, call the number to tell all this. bloke didn’t care and handed over to the lady who deals with bookings/ house keeping ( very lovely lady)

Rubbish left in cupboards from guests before, Some dust nothing major, One major thing is that I am 6,3 and the single beds certainly do not fit me but that is with all caravans not just this one 😂😂

The location was perfect, the lodge was fully equipped and exceptionally clean,extras were perfect, pillows throws etc.It was booked for my Daughters 30th Birthday and we had a wonderful family stay.The hot tub was a great addition and got sanitised each morning.The walks through the woods were lovely, and being dog friendly made this perfect for us.The pub baris bar and the small shop were am added advantage,such a lovely atmosphere and pool table etc was great fun.Alnwick in driving distance for whatever we needed.We will most definitely return and highly recommended to friends and family.The host kayleigh made our check in so easy and a nice lady.We made good memories thankyou so much for that ❤

The caravan was very comfortable and hot tub was amazing.. Nice big TV and a great shower., It was lovely and warm once the heating was on, which was great after time in the hot tub.

We noticed that there was no amenities near to the site for basics. Luckily we found a pizza menu in the Bari bar which delivered. Good idea to take plenty food/drink for your stay.
