Beds and couch need updated as seen better days

Location was incredible. Beautiful views and walks around the area. The staff were always quick to help with anything we needed.

We felt it could have been a bit cleaner.

the instructions to access the room didn't work, spent half an hour running around in the rain, luckily the staff responded to email quickly

Great location, beautiful views of the loch and comfortable space.

One of the bedrooms smelt of mould and the hot tub was not clean on arrival. We did contact the property staff and the hot tub was cleaned the following day.

Gorgeous location and a comfortable size.

Our wifi was down and with two teens that wasn’t great at night. Both showers were scalding hot, a member of staff was very helpful and tried to help with the temperature however the temperature reverted back to scalding hot after one minute. Not at all the fault of Boreland but the dogs next door wouldn’t stop barking while their owners were out. With two children having sensory challenges this want great.

Everything was perfect. Very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, quiet location, with a nice walk to the lake. Pity we only had one night.

Fantastic property with a great communal space for group cooking and eating. Additionally the outdoor, seating, fire pit and BBQ really made the trip for us as we spent each evening out there!! Also, worth mentioning the football pitch and the scenic walk to the Boreland Beach!!
