The staff were very helpful and attentive. The building and grounds were amazing.

The windows were a bit draughty and maybe the lighting could have been a bit brighter

We were there for a friend's wedding, and throughout the day the staff were amazing. The room was beautiful, with stunning views from the windows. The self service breakfast was well stocked, and very tasty.

Everything was magical with the exception of the room.

We booked the honeymoon suite for our honeymoon, and we flew from the U.S. to get there, only to find out that the suite was given to someone else. This is wrong, especially for such an important occasion. If we had gotten a call confirming the room, we might have found this discrepancy in advance and saved ourselves heartache.

The service was exceptional where everything was explained clearly to us regarding use of the hot tub etc. Breakfast was served promptly the next morning in a cute picnic basket. We even had someone come around to ask us if we needed anything else since we were staying for 2 nights.

There wasn't a lot of space to hang jackets and wet towels, especially since it was raining while we were there. We also struggled to find power plugs and the lack of a nightstand right next to the bed was a little annoying.

The lodge was beautiful and very clean.peaceful stay heading into the new year.
