The location was amazing.

Not the cleanest and pretty run down exterior. The pull out sofa bed was disgusting, full of stains and dead bugs. Curtains didn’t close properly in the front room.

Lovely setting.

Both carbon monoxide alarms were broken or faulty- checked due to an incident close to home- we had to buy batteries to put in one, other batteries had leaked- clearly not checked regularly and was not working. The one we replaced batteries in started going off 2 days into our stay- owner wasn’t interested, or showing any acceptance that this was his problem and cut our stay short as I wasn’t happy to have my family staying there.

"It was a lovely comfortable stay in a beautiful location"

The accommodation was nice, clean and comfortable. The accommodation was easy to access. The environment was lovely with the marina nearby.

There could be a playground for kids near the bar/restaurant as my grandson got a bit bored. Also we couldn't find an onsite shop so had to go into Millom

"New years chillax"

It was very spacious, bed was really comfortable,,location spot on.. liked the 2 toilets

Window in main bedroom doesn't close properly, and it was very windy so huge draft coming through...blind in on suite toilet was broke... gas ran out, so no hot water/ heating, a bit disappointing as couldn't shower before going for a meal.
