Fair View Cottage

Our host was amazing, really kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, we looked forward o it. Stunning views and perfect location for us.

The only thing we would say would need improving is a more sturdy gate (only because we could hear it banging when it was quite windy) but it did not bother us too much - we still managed to get a really nice sleep both nights we stayed there.

This place is just so wonderful! The host is super kind, helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable with really lovely comfy bedding (something missing in a lot of places). Really helpful host who organised my taxi journey at really short notice. Great vibe and felt really close to everything yet also peaceful and wlld in the jungle. Great monkey watching! Also AC for the price and general feel plus breakfast - amazing value. Great find!

La localisation. Le personnel très prévenant. La chambre en générale était confortable et moderne. La douche avait de l’eau chaude. Le wifi était bon.

Les marches pour monter au logement peuvent être assez hautes et difficiles à monter avec de gros bagages. Quelques coupures sporadiques de courant.

Zeer proper, super vriendelijke mensen, ideale ligging niet druk maar toch in centrum. Super mooi uitzicht!

De host Riyash doet er alles aan om een rustgevend verblijf te garanderen. We verbleven in een kamer met airco, met een prachtig uitzicht, dicht bij de natuur, maar niet zo dichtbij dat er beestjes te vinden zijn in de kamer (als enige verblijf van onze hele reis!). Hij voorziet eigenhandig het allerbeste ontbijt dat we al gegeten hebben gedurende onze hele reis. Je kan kiezen tussen een Westers en een Sri Lankaans ontbijt. We namen driemaal een Sri Lankaans ontbijt (telkens met een dagelijkse variatie). Hij voorziet ook gegidste wandelingen, transport en vele andere diensten. Er is geen algemene receptie, maar dat hebben we ook niet gemist. Hij is ten alle tijden goed bereikbaar. Als je houdt van lekker eten, persoonlijk contact, een propere kamer met een geweldig uitzicht met wildlife, dan moet je niet verder zoeken!
