"Castel Bigozzi een echt dolce vita experience."

Heerlijk mooie locatie met zicht op monte regione. Midden in de chianti heuvels lekker afgelegen en rustig. De chef van Castel Bigozzi is echt michelin sterren waardig. Heerlijk verse en locale producten op een sublieme manier klaar gemaakt en gepresenteerd als een waar kunstwerkje met erg veel respect voor het natuurlijke aspect van het topproduct dat hij gebruikt. whaw een echte parel zowel locatie als service als eten ik reis veel en dit is werkelijk iets uniek

Eigenlijk is er helemaal niet op te merken. De bedden zijn heerlijk . De eigenaar en vast personeel zijn geweldig en vormen een rots in de branding voor de studenten die daar de knepen van het hotel wezen leren. Een ideale leerschool als je t mij vraagt. Je voelt je echt een gast geen nummer maar een individu dat van begin tot einde van het verblijf echt in de watten word gelegd.
